Popular tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked schematics of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3. The alleged smartphone appears to feature flat design and a centre-aligned punch-hole setup on the front panel.

It’s expected to run OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13. The device is also tipped to sport a 6.74-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate.

Display

According to the latest leak, the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. This is expected to come with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1080×2414 pixel resolution.

This is the same screen that OnePlus used in its recent flagship smartphones like OnePlus 5T, OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 6.

The smartphone will likely run on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, which was fabricated using TSMC’s 4nm process. The device will also feature an Mali-G610 MC6 GPU.

It is also likely that the OnePlus Nord 3 will be powered by Android 13-based OxygenOS 13.1 custom skin. This is a big upgrade over the Android 9 software that was on the OnePlus 6.

Processor

OnePlus is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in the Nord series. It is likely to be the OnePlus Nord 3 and it will go on sale in 2023.

As per a new leak, the device will be powered by an upper-midrange processor. It will sport a 6.7-inch display with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone will come with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It will also feature a triple camera setup on the back.

It will run Android 13 out-of-the-box with OxygenOS. It will also come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 5,000mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging and more.

According to the leak, the OnePlus Nord 3 will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 CPU which is manufactured using 4nm fabrication technology. The chip will be accompanied by Mali-G610 MC6 GPU for graphics purposes.

Camera

OnePlus is working on an upcoming rumoured smartphone, dubbed as the OnePlus Nord 3 which is likely to be launched soon. The smartphone will reportedly feature a punch hole display and triple camera setup on the back.

According to the leaks, the OnePlus Nord 3 will sport a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. This is an improvement over the 90Hz refresh rate of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 and will make motion look smoother onscreen.

The device will rely on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G-capable processor, up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It is also said to come with a 5,000mAh battery and support 67W fast charging.

OnePlus has already launched a couple of devices in its Nord series which have been well received by customers who want a good budget phone with the company’s latest technology. The OnePlus Nord 3 will follow this same pattern and will reportedly be priced under Rs 30,000.

Battery

OnePlus’ next mid-range phone, the Nord 3, is said to arrive with a 6.7-inch screen, an upper mid-range chip, 12GB RAM and 150W fast charging. It’s also rumored to feature a triple-lens rear camera, in-screen fingerprint scanner and an X-axis linear haptic motor.

This is a huge upgrade over the OnePlus Nord 2, which features a 6.43-inch screen, a lower mid-range chipset and a battery that can be charged in a matter of minutes. The new phone will also reportedly feature 120Hz refresh rate, which isn’t something you often see in phones these days, but can make motion look smoother.

OnePlus also claims the Nord 3 will be the fastest charging OnePlus smartphone yet, with the same 150W fast charging tech that’s found in the Realme GT Neo 3. This comes from a Digital Chat Station report on Weibo, which matches up to a previous Digit leak three weeks ago.
