In season 3 of the Netflix fantasy series, The Witcher (Henry Cavill) and Ciri (Mecia Simson) find themselves on a battlefield of political corruption, dark magic, and treachery. To protect everything they hold dear, Geralt and Ciri must fight back against the forces of evil.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Meng’er Zhang joins the cast as Milva, an expert archer who has been adopted by the dryads of Brokilon Forest. She’s set to dole out plenty of punishment in the upcoming season.

Milva

Netflix has tapped Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Meng’er Zhang to play Milva, a fierce and talented human huntress who doles out plenty of punishment in Season 3 of The Witcher. Based on Andrzej Sapkowski’s books, the series follows monster-hunter Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill) and his quest to protect crown princess Ciri of Cintra.

As the second season ended, Geralt and Yennefer took Ciri to Kaer Morhen, where she’s now being chased by monarchs, mages and beasts who are determined to capture her. It’s a battle of political corruption and dark magic that will test everything they’ve ever known.

As production for The Witcher’s third season started last month, Netflix revealed four new cast members to join the show: Robbie Amell (Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City), Meng’er Zhang (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Tenrings), Hugh Skinner (Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again!) and Christelle Elwin (Bloods). Each actor will portray a character from Andrzej Sapkowski’s novels, with Amell playing Gallatin, who leads a guerrilla army on behalf of Nilfgaard; Meng’er Zhang as Milva; Skinner as Prince Radovid; and Elwin as Mistle, a member of a gang of street hard teenagers that steal from the rich and give them back.

Gallatin

Netflix has revealed that The Witcher Season 3 cast is expanding, with actors from Marvel’s Shang-Chi and Prime Video’s Upload joining Henry Cavill as Geralt, Freya Allan as Ciri and Anya Chalotra as Yennefer. Actors Robbie Amell (Upload and Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City), Meng’er Zhang, Hugh Skinner and Christelle Elwin have all booked roles on the hit series.

Amell will play Gallatin, a new character who does not appear in Andrzej Sapkowski’s novels. According to Netflix, he’s “a born fighter” who leads a guerrilla army on behalf of Nilfgaard. He’s unafraid to speak his truth and will ultimately collide with Francesca over power.

Meanwhile, Mamma Mia’s Hugh Skinner will portray Radovid, King Vizimir of Redania’s younger brother who stumbles his way into the Redanian Intelligence inner circle and stuns those around him with political insight. Finally, Shang-Chi star Meng’er Zhang will play Milva, a human adopted by the dryads of Brokilon Forest who meets Geralt during their quest for Ciri.

Radovid

Netflix has added Shang-Chi and the Legend of The Ten Rings star Meng’er Zhang to its upcoming Witcher Season 3 cast. The actress will play Radovid, the younger brother of Ed Birch’s King Vizimir.

Radovid is a playboy with good looks and a lot of drunken charm who suddenly finds himself a man on the inside of Redanian Intelligence. He surprises those around him with his political insight.

He will have a huge role in the Nilfgaardian War, and will also get caught up in a power struggle with Francesca (Mecia Simson), who he’ll have to work with to protect his people.

The other new cast members are Robbie Amell (Upload), Meng’er Zhang (Shang-Chi and the Legend of The Ten rings), Hugh Skinner (Mamma Mia Here We Go Again!) and Christelle Elwin (Half Bad). They will join returning series regulars Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra and Freya Allan. Filming for The Witcher Season 3 has already started, but no release date is known yet.
