Realme Buds Wireless 3 India Launch Date Announced: Realme is set to introduce several audio products into India next month, including its inaugural monitor – Realme Watch 3; headphones; power bank; and upgraded True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds known as Buds Air Neo with improved active noise cancellation (ANC), lighter weight design, and feature-packed companion app called Realme Link.
Realme may be new to budget True Wireless Stereo (TWS), but its first product, Buds Air, already made waves in this competitive space. Boasting features like active noise cancellation, multiple sound profiles and customisable controls at an extremely reasonable price of under Rs 4,000, they were supported by Realme Link which offers useful functions such as call management, audio tweaking and battery tracking – not bad for an affordable offering from an emerging brand!
The Realme Buds Air 3 are expected to offer similar features to Apple AirPods at a more cost-effective price point, such as long stems with curved edges and bass boost plus modes, yet come at an entirely different price point. According to reports, Realme plans on unveiling their successor sometime this year – Realme Buds Air 3. These earbuds should be more compact, lightweight and come equipped with better battery backup than previous iterations; plus may feature 48dB best-in-class active noise cancellation, 48dB best-in-class active noise cancellation, Bass Boost Plus mode and Transparency mode compared with previous releases compared with predecessor models.
Realme recently shared on their official Facebook page a post suggesting their upcoming earbuds might support Qi-standard wireless charging, something Gsmarena reported earlier. If so, it would be great if these features made their way into Buds Air 3.
Realme Buds Air 3 will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC capable of providing up to 32GB of storage for music playback, along with support for aptX, AAC and SBC Bluetooth codecs as well as hands-free calls using voice assistants such as Siri or Alexa. Additionally, its built-in microphone supports voice recognition features.
Realme Buds Wireless 3 will come in Starry Blue and Galaxy White colors. Though no official date for its release has been set by Realme yet, an anonymous tipster on Twitter recently claimed it will arrive sometime between May and June this year.
Realme has announced it will host a live event on July 26 to introduce Realme Buds Air 3, Realme Buds Wireless Pro, and flat monitor, the Realme Pad X.
