OnePlus announced their Nord CE 2 Lite 5G earlier this year and now its successor OnePlus Nord CE 3 is almost here! Similar to its predecessor, but featuring a higher-end Snapdragon 782G SoC. Rumors about its design and specifications have swirled for months; now leaks from MySmartPrice and OnLeaks reveal some details about it as a mid-range smartphone.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 will continue its budget-friendly pricing and Aqua Surge color options, and feature the same triple rear camera setup found on its predecessor OnePlus 2. The Sony IMX890 sensor found on OnePlus 11 can also be found here.

According to leaked images, OnePlus Nord CE 3 will feature two USB Type-C ports to support fast charging. In addition, there will be a front-facing fingerprint sensor positioned directly beneath its display and two circular camera modules on its rear with LED flash support.

Leaked photos indicate that the OnePlus Nord CE 3 will feature the Snapdragon 782G SoC, representing an upgrade from its predecessor’s Snapdragon 695 SoC. Furthermore, this new SoC will support up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage compared to only 32GB available on Nord CE 2.

Consideration should also be given to other specifications, including that this OnePlus smartphone will sport a 120Hz AMOLED display and 950-nit peak brightness; its screen will be larger than on Nord CE 2, which measures 6.74 inches in size.

Notable amongst other features of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 is its 5000mAh battery, which will reportedly power its device. Furthermore, SuperVOOC fast charging capabilities up to 80W will also be supported on this phablet.

As previously announced, OnePlus Nord CE 3 will launch on July 5. As expected, we expect their Buds 2r to also make an appearance.
